Refund Policy

Current release
The service currently has no paid checkout and does not collect subscription payments. There are therefore no service subscription charges to refund. The cash amounts and card deals you enter are recordkeeping entries, not payments to Card Trade Tracker LLC.
Future paid subscriptions
For a future paid subscription, you may request a full refund of the first subscription payment within 14 calendar days of that payment by emailing support from your account email. This first-payment refund does not automatically apply to renewals. After the first 14 days, and for renewal payments, refunds are not generally provided except for verified billing errors, as expressly offered, or as required by law. Cancel future renewals at any time. An approved first-payment refund ends paid access; the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, with receipt timing determined by the payment provider. Any future paid offer must display the applicable refund terms before you buy. A new policy will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase. Cancellation of future renewals is separate from refund eligibility.
Errors and required refunds
If you believe you were charged in error by someone claiming to operate this service, contact cardtradetracker@gmail.com with the date, amount, and a transaction reference. Do not send a full card number or password. Any verified erroneous or duplicate service charge will be addressed, and refunds required by law will be honored. We will not require you to waive statutory rights to request a refund.
Card purchases and trades
We do not process, guarantee, or fulfill the physical card transactions entered into the tracker. Refunds for those transactions must be arranged with the actual seller or relevant marketplace. This policy concerns access to the software only.
