Website subscriptions

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial, with no payment information required and no automatic charges. After the trial, users can choose to continue their subscription for $5.99 per month or $65 per year, plus applicable sales tax. The final tax, if any, is shown before payment. Your paid plan starts immediately when you complete checkout and renews at its disclosed interval until canceled. Cancel future website renewals in Account & Support, or contact admin@cardtrackt.com if you cannot sign in or reach those controls. Your first website subscription payment is refundable on request within 14 calendar days. For website plans, payment failure can suspend paid access immediately without canceling renewal billing. Android purchases, when offered, are billed by Google Play under the terms below. Apple subscriptions are not yet offered.

Free trial

The free trial lasts 7 days from CardTrackT account creation and requires no payment information. It is provided by CardTrackT, rather than a Google Play trial offer; using the same account on another device does not start another trial. After the trial ends, access is locked until you choose and pay for a subscription. Your records are retained under the Privacy Policy; signing in takes you to the subscription screen. The trial does not charge you or convert to a paid subscription automatically.

Website purchase and consent

Website checkout is processed by Stripe for Card Trade Tracker LLC. Before purchase, we disclose the features, price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, regular renewal price, cancellation method, and refund policy. Automatic renewal requires your separate affirmative consent before charging. We provide a confirmation you can retain. Completing checkout starts paid access immediately, even if time remains on your separate free trial. A parent or guardian must authorize a paid subscription for a user under 18.

Website renewals and cancellation

A website plan renews at USD $5.99 each month or USD $65 each year, plus applicable sales tax, until canceled, subject to any properly notified price change. Cancel before the next renewal to stop that renewal. Open Account & Support → Subscription → Cancel Future Renewals. If you cannot sign in or reach the cancellation controls, email admin@cardtrackt.com with “Cancel subscription” and your account email; we will verify ownership and assist without requiring a phone call. Unless the purchase terms or mandatory law provide otherwise, cancellation ends future renewals and access continues through the period already paid, while the subscription remains in good standing. Removing a logo, deleting inventory, signing out, stopping use, or uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.

Changes, failed payments, and closure

We provide notices of price changes, trial endings, and renewals as required by applicable law and obtain any required consent. Price changes do not alter a period already paid for. If a website subscription becomes past due, unpaid, canceled, or otherwise inactive, paid access is suspended immediately; no payment-failure grace period is offered. A separate valid trial still applies. Payment attempts may continue while a subscription is past due. Losing access does not cancel recurring billing or clear an unpaid invoice. Contact support for payment help or to cancel future renewals. Your saved records are retained under the Privacy Policy, and you do not need to buy a subscription to request privacy or account assistance. Export records before ending service. Canceling billing and requesting deletion of account data are separate actions.

Google Play purchases

When subscription options are available in the Android app, Google Play processes the purchase. The US base prices are USD $5.99 per month and USD $65 per year, before applicable tax. Google Play shows the price, currency, taxes, billing period, and renewal terms that apply to your purchase before you confirm it. Choosing a paid plan starts paid access after payment is confirmed, even if trial time remains; it does not schedule a charge at the end of the no-card trial. Paid Google Play plans automatically renew until canceled. A parent or guardian must authorize a purchase for a user under 18.

To stop future renewals, open Google Play subscriptions using the Google account used to purchase, select CardTrackT, and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation normally leaves access available for the period already paid, unless a refund, revocation, or mandatory law changes that entitlement. Google Play payment failures and any grace period are governed by its subscription status; access may be suspended if the subscription is on hold or expired. Uninstalling the app or deleting a CardTrackT account does not cancel Google Play renewals.

Use Restore Google Play Purchases in the Android app with the same Google and CardTrackT accounts used for the purchase. Valid access is recognized on the website and app when you sign in to the same CardTrackT account. Website and Google Play subscriptions are separate billing agreements; cancel or manage an existing plan before buying another to avoid duplicate charges.

Store refunds and statutory rights

For a Google Play refund, use Google Play’s refund process or contact admin@cardtrackt.com for help with a purchase issue. Eligibility follows the applicable purchase terms and law; the website’s 14-day first-payment policy applies only to Stripe website payments. Apple subscriptions are not yet offered. These terms do not limit cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights provided by applicable law.
